Gerald W. Gritter has more than 25 years of experience providing legal counsel to public and private companies. Of Counsel to The Oliver Law Group, P.A., he brings expertise in interpreting federal statutes and agency regulations.

Mr. Gritter was Chairman of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at a large-firm with whom he practiced corporate law for over 20 years before establishing his own firm. He advises business enterprises in matters including regulatory compliance, ownership and management structure, financing arrangements, securities offerings, joint venture arrangements and contractual matters.

Drawing on his years of experience representing start-up and emerging enterprises, he brings clients a long-term perspective, proactively preparing them for the legal issues that arise as a business matures.
